Hi, Iām Hannah!
As someone who has personally seen the life-changing effects from therapy, I knew from a young age that becoming a therapist was my life's calling. I have dealt with anxiety and depression myself, and seeing a therapist was the best decision that I have ever made for my mental health!
I work collaboratively to help you improve communication skills, learn better coping skills, and find strategies that reduce relational and emotional distress. I provide education and tools for change that are tailored uniquely to each client. Ultimately, my goal is to support and guide my clients on a process of self-exploration through an approach that is rooted in respect, compassion, and acceptance of each client as an individual.
I utilize a combination of narrative, solution-focused, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and behavioral theories in my practice. I strive to honor the uniqueness that each individual client brings to therapy by individualizing and structuring sessions to fit their personal goals. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards self-discovery, healing, and growth.

modalities of treatment
*NOT an exhaustive list, but highlighting some of the more frequently utilized modalities.
CBT
A type of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals manage their mental health by changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It's a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps people develop coping skills to deal with various challenges and improve their overall well-being.
Solution-Focused Therapy
A goal-oriented approach that emphasizes present circumstances and future aspirations over past experiences and problems. It helps individuals identify their strengths and resources to achieve desired changes, focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on the root causes of problems.
CBT-E
A treatment modality that uses CBT as a basis but is specifically designed to adapt to the needs of different eating disorder diagnoses.
Exposure Therapy
A type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) used to help individuals confront their fears and anxieties. It involves gradually and repeatedly exposing individuals to situations, objects, or thoughts that trigger distress in a safe and controlled environment. The goal is to reduce sensitivity to these anxiety triggers, decrease avoidance behaviors, and improve overall functioning.
DBT
A type of psychotherapy developed to treat borderline personality disorder and other mental health conditions characterized by intense emotions and difficulty with emotional regulation. It combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a dialectical approach, emphasizing acceptance and change.
AFT
A type of individual psychotherapy specifically designed for adolescents with eating disorders, particularly anorexia nervosa. It aims to help them develop a stronger sense of self and identity that doesn't rely on the eating disorder for coping. AFT focuses on building autonomy, improving coping skills, and reducing reliance on eating disorder behaviors.
