forms of payment

I accept HSA/FSA accounts and all major credit cards. A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Please note I do *not* accept cash. Many of my clients have a portion of my services paid for through their out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, or health savings account. I am able to provide you with a "superbill" upon request to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

What is a Superbill?

A superbill is a document made for insurance companies that details the services a therapist performed for a client. Essentially, it’s a receipt for your therapy sessions, but unlike traditional receipts, superbills contain vital information such as diagnosis and procedure codes. These codes are needed in order for insurance payers to reimburse you for the services after you’ve paid. They're different from regular medical bills in that insurers use them to pay clients rather than providers.
